Speakers

Betsy Blumenthal

Betsy Blumenthal is a senior managing director and head of the Kroll San Francisco and Los Angles offices. For over 25 years, Betsy has worked on a substantial array of business transactions, many involving multinational corporations and private equity firms. Betsy frequently undertakes pre-transaction domestic and international due diligence investigations and business intelligence assignments, asset searches. Prior to joining Kroll, Betsy served as Deputy Finance Chair for the Democratic National Committee in Washington, D.C. Earlier in her career, Betsy worked in the special equities department at LF Rothschild and Home Box Office.

Louise Byrne

Louise is a senior associate at A&L Goodbody, where her practice focuses on white collar and corporate crime matters. Louise previously worked as a principal investigative lawyer at the UK's Serious Fraud Office, investigating and prosecuting high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional bribery and corruption cases. She also possesses significant client side experience, having worked as an in-house counsel at a number of international financial institutions in London.

Kevin Hart

Kevin Hart leads the Irish business of Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps and brings over 20 years of experience in investigating fraud, corruption and money laundering matters. He is also skilled in forensic accounting and litigation support. Kevin advises clients on Cyber risk and is part of the EMEA Cyber team assisting businesses with eDiscovery, preventing and reacting to Cyber security matters.
